Hi Karen,

Sorry to hear you're not getting on with this guitar.

If there is a manufacturing defect and we are able to return this guitar 
as faulty to PRS then we will be able to arrange a collection and 
refund.

The slightly tricky thing is if we get it back here and don't deem it 
faulty. Are you able to give any more detail on the issues you are still 
having?
