Hi Colin,

The options are either come to the store to try the Jazz or just ordered 
it through out website and if you do decide to keep it then send us your 
Westone and we'll refund the £325 when we've got it here or if you don't 
like the Jazz you can just send that back.
If you decided to make the journey to come to the store then we'd take 
it off sale to make sure it doesn't sell before you arrive.
