Hi Andrew,

Apologies for our slow reply, it's been a hectic start to the week 
here.

Generally speaking we don't have a policy haha This scenario is very 
rare for us but we obviously want you to be happy with the guitar you 
have purchased. It is at least much easier when dealing with pre-owned 
guitars rather than new ones that have been played.

Side note: We took some time on Saturday setting up the 000-28 and it 
now plays great. Getting that old saddle out was a challenge!
