Dear Phil and Harriet,

I hope you are both well

I'm sending you our new price list which will go in to effect on
23-09-2019.  This is the first price rise we've had for quite some
time.  We have added about 10% to the retail price, but have now added 
a
5% discount for 14 day early settlement.

I would like to say that all current orders will be kept at the current
trade price as will all order made before the 31-10-2019, you are
welcome to make as many order for 2020 as you like.

I would like to bring the new retail pricing into effect as of 23rd
September 2019 and for this to be updated on your website please.

If you would like to discuss this please don't hesitate to call me.

We have been working on a lot of new promotion material which will soon
be ready to launch.
