Thank you for your inquiry.
The FS-5 will work as a channel switch on some amps that require a 
non-latching switch but I
think from past experience with Boogie amps you might need to use an 
original Boogie one?
If you wanted to give a Boss switch a try I would recommend the FS-6 
which is a good versatile
latching and non-latching double switch.
