Our business is solely with the location of venues either for accommodation, conference or seminar. Our conference organisers therefore spend a great deal of time getting to know the venues, making contacts and keeping abreast of refurbishment programmes, extensions etc. We are also advised by venues of special rates or incentives that are being offered and always ensure that this information is passed on to our clients.
Owing to the significant amount of business which Conference Search place on behalf of hundreds of different companies and through a network of contacts within the industry, our conference organisers are able to negotiate advantageous rates to meet the budgetary restraints of our clients.
Time and cost in telephoning for availability and confirmation of reservations in writing are eliminated. This allows the client to concentrate on the organisation of the event and deal with other core duties.
We offer a personal and friendly service and in the majority of cases, the client will deal with the same member of staff. We believe the building of relationships is very important, allowing us to fully understand the requirements of each client.
